This is to acknowledge the receipt of your mail with thanks.
My late clients was Andrew T Hepburn and as earlier stated until his death was an oil contractor and lived all his life here in Malaysia, but unfortunately died intestate i.e. without a will. From my investigation, there is no known relative of my late client.
I have contacted you to assist in distributing the money left behind by my client before it is confiscated or declared unserviceable by the bank where this deposit valued at Nineteen million dollars (US$19 million dollars) is lodged.
