Attn: Mr. Anthony Soprano,
This is to inform you that you have been duly registered to participate
in this forthcoming international conference events.
Delegates are only responsible for their own hotel booking accommodation
in Senegal through the recommended hotel, while the conference organizing
committee will be responsible for the accommodation here in California,
(U.S.A) together with the round trip air tickets which cover from your
country of residence to the United State, from the United State to Dakar-Senegal
and from Dakar Senegal back to your country of residence.
Endeavor to furnish us with the (A, B & C) forms duly filled along
with the hotel booking confirmation receipt, the scanned copy of your
international passport before the dead line date, and you should carefully
follow up the instructions of the said recommended hotel management
in Senegal.
DO NOTE: As soon as we receive your registration forms duly filled,
together with the booking confirmation receipt, your documents will
be forwarded to the airline company for the status of your flight tickets,
and we will also forward a copy to the Senegal immigration Sector since
your nationality will require visa to Senegal.
You are advised to download the following attachments to view your registration
files, and note again that delegates must participate in both phase
of the conference.
You are to contact the recommended hotel management in Dakar-Senegal
to book room for yourself and furnish us with the scan copy of your
(International Passport) & (A, B and C) forms duly filled, as you
have to print it out, fill it accordingly then scan and return the documents
via email attachment, together with the (Hotel Official Booking Confirmation
Receipt) not later than Tuesday, October 27th 2015.

all registered participants are to reserve their rooms and obtain the
official booking confirmation receipt for further action:

Hello,
Thanks for your quick respond, as a participants, you are only responsible
for your own hotel booking in Senegal, and i think with 400.00 Doolars
you can make your booking.
P.S note that you will also take care of your feeding during the conference
in Dakar.

The International Society for Disease Control (ISDC) invites all participants
across the globe to attend the International Conference on Child Abuse,
HIV/AIDS & MALARIA CONTROL taking place from (December 1st-4th 2015
in California, USA And 8th-11th December 2015) in Senegal respectively.
We accepted you to partake as you have been recommended by one of our
staff-member. You may take this opportunity to participate in this International
events. The theme of the forth-coming International Conferences is to
equip participants with the strategies and policies to fight against
Child Abuse, Prevention or Control of HIV/AIDS and MALARIA.
These event is been Organized and sponsored by the International Society
for Disease Control (ISDC) USA and to make these events successful,
we have called for the assistants of other benevolent organizations
in the United States of America. Such as World Health Organization (America),

- International Society for Disease Control (ISDC) provide quality education
and preschool programs, books supplies, educational toys and so much
more.
- In 2009 to 2011, International Society for Disease Control helped
nearly 2 million children through our Malaria and HIV/AIDS prevention
and care programs.
- International Society for Disease Control (ISDC) help improve the
food supply, farming practices and finances of families so they can
feed and provide for their children.
- International Society for Disease Control protects children from abuse,
neglect, exploitation and violence in all regions of the world
- to carry activities on solving the problems raised in front of the
Youth, and also help to fight against racism and child abuse. And To
promote the projects on the development of Children and Youth initiatives
etc.

Awards and Gifts will be given to participants on merit.....You are
hereby advised to equip your selves and exhibit your God given talents
to the fullest. We welcome Delegates, Inter-Governmental and Non-Governmental
Organizations, Youths, Family members, Couples, Students & teachers
to the forth-coming International Conference. And parents are also allowed
to participates along with Children.
REGISTRATION OF PARTICIPANTS: A minimum of (1-3) or (3-6) persons are
expected to participate together as a group or organization to represent
their Country in the forthcoming events. None of them should be less
than eighteen (18) years of age and delegates must participate in both
Conference.
Note Very Important: It is not necessary that participants must belongs
to an organization to be eligible to attend this event, he or she can
also participate as an individual or a group of 1-2 members if he or
she are not capable to form a group.
Applicants should be in possession of a valid International Passports
for visa processing. You are hereby required to forward the names and
passport numbers of your group to us as soon as possible, as all participants
visa assistance request will be forwarded to the U.S Department of States
Immigration for visa Authorization which shall be sent to the consular
section of the US. Embassy in your country of residence for the status
of your visa processing.
ATTENTION PLEASE: - Participants are only responsible for their own
hotel booking in Senegal through the recommended hotel in Dakar (Senegal)
for the second phase of this event. The organizing committee and the
donor sponsoring committee of this event have mandated all participants
to pay for their own hotel booking in order to prove to the U.S Department
of State Visa Sector(UDSVS) that he/she will attend both events, and
they do not have any intention to stay permanently in the United State
after their participation in this forth-coming international conference,
this is due to the past experiences in October 2009 international conference
held in United State, which lead to illegal immigrant to the United
State of America.
All registered participants are entitled to a free round trip air ticket,
meals and accommodation which will be provided during their participation
in the U.S.A.
Due to time factors of the forth-coming international events, I request
that you quickly send us the requested details ASAP to enable us create
your registration file and proceed further with your visa processing.
