Kindly accept my apology for sending you this email. I am writing you this email with tears, sadness and pains as life is very bitter to me. Everyday i asked myself when will this be over? When will my joy be restored and who will God use to give me a meaningful life i used to enjoy when my parents were alive.
Permit me to introduce myself. My name is Rose Jones, from Uganda and I am 18 years old. Daughter of Late Dr. Paul Jones of the blessed memory who worked with Ugandan High Commission in Canada, United Kingdom and Ugandan embassy in Senegal respectively. I was born into a Christan family that cherish the principle of proper child up bring but death never permit me to enjoy the comfort of my family, all the same the lord knows the best.
I lost my mother three days to my 13th Birth Day on 15th July, 2005 in a rape incident that claimed her life in attempt to save a rape victim. It was after the death of my mother that my father resigned his appointment and went back home but there after he realized that my country Uganda is not safe because of the rebel threat to the government from the Northern part of our country and he decided that I should go back to Senegal and continue my education.
During the deadly Political War that Damaged Thousands of innocent Souls in Uganda, my father was among the first target of the rebels because my late father was a successful politician supporting the Present Government then.
After the incident, my father sent for me through his Lawyer. When i arrived Ugandan, i met my father lying down critically on a sick bed in the hospital. He was later flown with other senior citizen victims abroad. Before they were flown abroad, my father told me some important things about him and instructed his lawyer to hand over some documents to me which he did. He also release some amount of money to his Lawyer to be passing to me subsequently as the need for it would arise for my studies and welfare.
On 26th September, 2007 three months later my father gave up the ghost and was buried. I took some money from the lawyer and traveled back to Senegal. After some time in Senegal, the need for money to pay my school fees and for other things came up, I tried to reach the lawyer but could not and all the efforts I made did not yield any good result and when it becomes certain that I can not reach him anymore, I decided to seek asylum in Senegal. I was taken to the camp of United Nations High Commission for Refugee in Dakar - Senegal from where I am staying now.
Among the documents I received from my late father was the deposit Bond Certificate with the sum of US$9,500.000.00 ( Nine Million Five Hundred Thousand United States Dollars ) my father had with a bank abroad which has my name as his next of kin. Due to my father's wishes during the time of deposition, the Bond indicates that his next of kin can only come for the money in the Demise ( Death ) of the depositor when she reaches the prime age of 25 years or through an appointed trustee/representative.
I have contacted the Bank to clear the deposit but the Branch Manager told me that being a refugee and with my age, my status according to the law does not authorize me to carry out the transfer. However, he advised me to provide a trustee who will stand on my behalf. So, that is the major reason i am contacting you to be my foreign trustee. I am seeking for your help in transferring the funds into your bank account and I will relocate to your country as soon as you help me transfer the funds into your bank account so that i can settle down over there because life is not good in the refugee camp here in Senegal.
As soon as I receive your positive response showing your interest to assist me, I will send you the contact of the bank along with other necessary document. In the light of the above, I shall appreciate an urgent message indicating your ability to help me complete this transaction successfully. It is my intention to compensate you with 35% of the total money for your assistance and the balance shall be my investment in any profitable venture which you will recommend to me in your country as i have no any idea about foreign investment.
Please get back to me if you agree to help me out from my predicament as i will be waiting to hear from you soon.
