I am Mr. Emmanuel Van Rillaer, Managing Director (Investment) of Del-cap Asset Management, Brussels - Belgium. Del-cap Asset Management is an independent investment office that advises wealthy families with competence and integrity on the management of their financial assets.
I write to seek your consent in a financial transaction that requires an absolute trust and confidentiality. As an investment expert with the above named asset management company and being the investment adviser to some of our clients, I handle most of our Investor's Direct Capital Investment Funds which includes direct deposits from wealthy families. In 2006, an Australian-born steel czar Mr. Alonzo W. Boyd made an investment valued at Thirty Five Million, Four Hundred and Seventy Five Thousand Euros under our fixed deposits
portfolio for a period of five years. However, Mr. Alonzo W.Boyd could not live to witness the maturity of his investment and profits as he mysteriously slumped and died on the 14th of July, 2010 in his hotel room in London while on a business trip.
Having consulted with one of the Directors in the advisory management department over a notice of investment maturity from the partner bank, I have the privilege to first ask for your permission to present you to the bank as the Administrator of the late client and secondly, request for your partnership assistance to transfer the above stated sum into your account for an investment purposes. Everything is now ready to process the transfer of the fund out from the bank as soon as you declare your interest to work with me. The total sum will be shared as follows: 65% for us, 30% for you and 5% for local and international expenditure incidental to the transfer however, the transfer will be risk free on both sides.
